1118 Olivia Street - Private Cottage with one bedroom and a loft, one bath. The loft is really a full room with closed door. Great spot with it's own TV, etc. Both rooms have queen beds. Real cute compact cottage. Fully equipped kitchen & washer and dryer. Rates - $200 - $230

1120 Olivia Street - A private home with two full bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, both bedrooms have two twin beds and a private bath. The beds can be put together as a king. There is a full living room and dining area, full kitchen. Great porch to the rear with tables & chairs. There is also a queen sleeper couch in the living room.
Rates - $255 - $275

1124 Olivia Street - This building is a two story with two units. The first floor unit is not rented and kept for the owner. The upstairs unit is a large 2 bedroom 2 full bath apartment. One queen bed & 2 twins. It's a great apartment with a nice rear deck overlooking the garden and pool. The living room also has a queen sleeper.

1126 Olivia Street - This Building has three units.
Front - This unit is a one bedroom, with queen bed, one bath plus a queen sleeper in the living room. Also has a full kitchen and front porch. It has a side and front entrance but is not immediately off the pool & garden, but to the front of the building. Rates $145 - $165

Upstairs - Wonderful one bedroom, one bath apartment with large deck area, covered and ceiling fan, overlooking the pool. There is also a side cove off the living room with a day bed, great for a child. Rates - $160 - $185

Efficiency - Compact apartment with trundle bed that opens to king size. There is a full bath & Kitchen, sliding doors to patio area with a small table. This unit is to the rear of the building and right off the pool & garden area. Rates $140 - $150
